This is Rou Gu Cha – Delicious spare rib soup with black pepper flavor. Not oily at all!
Local people enjoy this soup with fried bread and rice as breakfast. (Free refills on soup!)
The only thing was the spare ribs were not so soft more than I expected… but really good taste! Try it!
